1. Returns

  • Due to the nature of our food-based products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order by emailing info@potion1st.com with pictures of the product and packaging.

  • To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

 

2. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

    • The product is damaged during transit.

    • The wrong product was sent by us.

    • The product is expired upon arrival.

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process a refund or replacement.

  • If approved, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

3. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet:

    • First, check your bank account.

    • Then, contact your credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary.

    • If the issue persists, email us at info@potion1st.com.

 

4. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

 

5. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

  • Our food products, once opened or consumed, cannot be returned or refunded.

  • We do not accept returns due to personal taste preferences or change of mind after purchase.

 

7. Shipping Returns

  • If a return is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange for reverse pickup.

  • In case of customer-initiated returns (if applicable), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking confirmation.
