1. Domestic Shipping

  • We ship across India using reliable courier and logistics partners.

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days from our warehouse.

  • Deliveries are made between Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, excluding public holidays.

  • The estimated delivery time depends on the location and may vary between 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping charges may apply based on order value, weight, and delivery location. Free shipping may be available during promotional periods.

  • In case of delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, strikes, regulatory issues), we will update you on the status of your shipment.

 

2. International Shipping

  • International shipping options are available upon request.

  • Please contact info@potion1st.com for international shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines.

  • Additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing in the destination country.

 

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking details.

  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number.

  • If you do not receive tracking details within the expected processing time, please contact us at info@potion1st.com.

 

4. Address and Contact Information

  • Ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email ID are correct before placing an order.

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

  • If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Address changes post-shipment may incur additional charges.

 

5. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us.

  • Re-dispatching the returned order may require additional shipping charges.

 

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Certain remote locations may have longer delivery times or additional shipping costs.
