Relationship Manager –Nutrition and Wellness
(Pune Site - Venture Center)

This role blends relationship management, sales, and brand representation — turning curiosity into connection and engagement into loyalty. You’ll champion Potion/पोषण 1st’s science-backed nutrition philosophy with warmth, credibility, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Relationship Management
• Identify, reach out, and build partnerships with doctors, nutritionists, wellness coaches, and institutional clients.
• Present product portfolios and nutritional concepts to potential clients in engaging, evidence-based ways.
• Convert leads through empathy, product knowledge, and clear communication of value.
• Track and manage leads using CRM tools and maintain structured follow-up cycles.
2. Client Engagement and Education
• Organize and host wellness demos, product tasting events, or webinars.
• Translate scientific insights into relatable client stories and value-driven messaging.
• Personalize recommendations for each client category (clinical, corporate, retail).
• Collaborate with the Content and Marketing Team to create educational materials and product highlights.
3. Partnership Development
• Build long-term relationships with wellness businesses, fitness studios, and healthcare groups.
• Support collaborations for pilot programs, corporate wellness partnerships, and sampling drives.
• Capture testimonials, feedback, and success stories for marketing and R&D insights.
4. Brand Presence and Market Intelligence
• Represent Potion/पोषण 1st at exhibitions, medical conferences, and community events.
• Share field insights on emerging client needs, competitor offerings, and market trends.
• Maintain a Client and Lead Tracker summarizing engagement stage and conversion probability.
5. Reporting and Coordination
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and engagement reports highlighting:
• New leads generated
• Conversion rate
• Client feedback and key interactions
• Events and partnership updates
• Collaborate with operations for dispatch of samples or client orders.
Skills and Requirements
• 2–4 years in sales, marketing, or client engagement within nutrition, wellness, or healthcare sectors.
• Background in Nutrition, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Communication preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and remote coordination platforms.
• Fluent in English and at least one Indian language.

• Lead conversion and retention rates

• Revenue contribution from partnerships
• Event participation and brand visibility metrics

Reports to: Business Development Head / CEO
Collaborates with: Operations, R&D, Design, and Clinical Teams
Location
Pune, India — field travel required for client engagement and partnership development.
